Delivery

Codes are delivered on your order page and by email the moment payment is confirmed. Crypto payments confirm after the network confirmation, usually under 10 minutes.

Replace or refund guarantee

If your code does not redeem, open a ticket on Discord or email us within 7 days with your order number. We will issue a replacement code, or refund the full price if no replacement is available.

What is not refundable

A code that has been successfully redeemed, or a purchase made by mistake after the code was revealed.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute. Disputes on delivered, working codes are contested with delivery logs.
