1. Who we are

GetCape ("we", "us") is an online store operated by TURKO DIGITAL - FZCO, a company registered in the IFZA Free Zone, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, selling redeemable Minecraft cape codes. We are not affiliated with Mojang AB, Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation or Minecraft.

2. Products

Every listing is a single-use digital redemption code originating from an official Mojang promotion or event. Codes are validated before listing. You redeem the code yourself on the account of your choice.

3. Orders and delivery

An order is complete when payment is confirmed. The code is shown on your order page and emailed to the address you entered. Delivery is instant for in-stock items. If an item is backordered we deliver within the time shown on the product page or refund you.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in USD unless another currency is selected. Payments are processed by Stripe and Cryptomus. We never see or store card numbers.

5. Refunds

Digital codes cannot be returned once revealed. If a code does not redeem, contact us within 7 days with your order number and we replace it or refund you in full. See the Refund & Delivery Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must be at least 16 or have a guardian's permission. Chargeback fraud, reselling codes obtained with fraudulent payment, or attempting to redeem a code more than once results in account termination and may be reported.

7. Liability

We are responsible for delivering a working code. We are not responsible for changes Mojang or Microsoft make to cape availability, account policies or redemption after delivery.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.

9. Governing law and contact
