Honourable mentions
Capes like the Minecon capes and Mojang staff capes are rarer than anything above, but they were never distributed as redeemable codes. Anyone "selling" them is selling a whole account, which breaks Microsoft's rules and often ends with the account being taken back. Stick to codes.
